Deerfield Ridge is seeking Resident Care Team Members (PCA) for a Full-Time position on a 3rd shift in Boone, North Carolina. The role involves delivering high-quality resident care in an assisted living and memory care community. Requirements
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Prepare residents for meals and activities
- Maintain resident care documentation
- Respond to emergency call system
