Nearform is seeking a Senior Python AI Software Engineer for a permanent, full-time remote opportunity in Romania. The role involves designing and building applications using Python, collaborating with distributed teams, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate has significant experience delivering at a Senior Engineer level, practical experience of delivering in an agile environment, and deep knowledge of the Python language.

Requirements

• Significant experience delivering at a Senior Engineer level
• Practical experience of delivering in an agile environment
• Deep knowledge of the Python language
• Strong experience using modern AI tools
• Deep understanding of Python frameworks, including FastAPI and Pydantic
• Deep understanding of versioning control tools - e.g. Git
• Testing experience and familiarity with testing tools
• Practical and real world experience working with databases and cloud environments
• Experience with automation, CI and CD
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Professional proficiency in English
