We are looking for a clinically minded Pharmacist to join our team in Swift Current, SK, Canada. You will be responsible for dispensing, collaborative drug therapy management and providing outstanding patient care for patients in the Pharmacist Led Clinic and dispensary.
Requirements
- Pharmacist degree and registration with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists
- Accredited Immunization Certification and Wound Management Certification
- Knowledge of Computers and drug prescription software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
