Salesforce Technical Consultant

Salesforce Technical Consultant role at Neocol involves designing and implementing custom code solutions, leading technical delivery of Salesforce implementation, and collaborating with Solution Architects. The ideal candidate has 2+ years' experience with the Salesforce platform as a Developer, with skills in Apex, Javascript, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience with the Salesforce platform as Developer
• Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize while simultaneously working both collaboratively and independently
• Ability to understand varying client needs and respond flexibly and creatively, working with internal resources to recommend and implement the highest ROI
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical resources
• Comfortable analyzing data and identifying opportunities to drive meaningful standardization of data and processes regionally and/or globally
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to translate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences
• Agile and can work well in environments where objectives and priorities are reviewed and assessed regularly
• Collaborative approach, working together as a team to drive value in every interaction and implementation
