SAP S4 Production Planning - Expert Lead

We are looking for SAP S4 Production Planning - Expert Lead to lead the full lifecycle of the S/4HANA migration, ensuring 'Best Practice' adoption while managing complex legacy technical debt.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years in the SAP ecosystem
• At least 2 full-lifecycle S/4HANA large/global migrations (Brownfield, Greenfield, or Selective Data Transition)
• Deep experience in Manufacturing, specifically within the Building Materials or Mining sectors (understanding supply chain is critical)
• Strong background in managing PP cycles and complex system integrations (BTP)
• Languages: English (C1-C2), Spanish (Native)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT management or related field
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid understanding of financial and project delivery management
• Global Mindset: Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones and cultures
• Resilience: A proven ability to remain composed and decisive under extreme project pressure
• Collaboration: A 'team-first' mentality with the ability to break down silos between functional and technical workstreams
