Job Description
Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding the drone industrial base, focused on producing high-performance unmanned systems. They are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to drive supplier development, production ramp-up, and ongoing quality improvement, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure reliable supply. This role involves design for manufacturing, process flow development, capacity planning, and resolving supplier quality issues.
Requirements
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Expertise
- Process Flow Development
- Capacity Planning & Analysis
- Collaboration with design engineers, procurement team, and suppliers
- Creation and implementation of a production part approval process (PPAP)
- Develop and approve process controls
- Analyze supplier quality and delivery metrics
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and methods (e.g., Design of Experiments, Six Sigma)
