Netcraft is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their growing team. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for high-value sales conversations. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
Requirements
- 1–2 years' experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Experience selling into large enterprises or public sector organisations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research and personalise outreach.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- High level of self-motivation and ability to manage time effectively.
- Resilient, coachable, and results-driven mindset with an interest in cybersecurity.
- Successful track record in meeting and exceeding goals.
- Ability to easily understand and pitch new services, focusing on value proposition.
- Knowledge of sales qualification methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
- A computer science degree or similar discipline would be very helpful.
