Job Description
Netskope is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a Solutions/System Engineer and a proven track record of presenting technical information at the business executive level. They will be responsible for working closely with customers and partners, providing feedback to the Product Management team, and exceeding sales targets. The role requires heavy travel within the territory and a strong passion for helping customers and delivering satisfaction.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions/System Engineer
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to scale from the whiteboard to working with security architects to influencing CISOs
- Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration
- Proficient in mobile device technologies and OS
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, and related protocols
- Proven hands-on experience with information security solutions
- Experience working with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and SD-WAN Deployments and Integrations
