
Job description
NETZSCH Premier Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, training, and maintenance support for equipment at customer sites. The role requires extensive travel (up to 80%) and interaction with customers in person, via phone, and via email.
Perform commissioning, start-up, and training for new equipment, provide technical support for customer property, and train customers on operating equipment and maintenance procedures.
Previous experience in a mechanical, hands-on position is preferred, but demonstrated mechanical ability or technical training will be considered. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, as well as the ability to travel extensively.
