Requirements

• Leadership of employees and teams, including development and promotion
• Timely and efficient execution of orders
• Planning and ensuring the successful completion of customer acceptance tests
• Cross-departmental collaboration on large and special projects
• Planning of technical equipment at all test stands, as well as optimization / digitalization of test stands within the annual budget guidelines
• Continuous process and interface optimization, support for the implementation of strategies
• Evaluation of test results together with construction, sales, and development
