Operations Analyst

Neuberger Berman is seeking an Operations Analyst to support day-to-day corporate action event processing, including analysis, organization, and notification of corporate actions, and operating to the highest standards of risk mitigation. The successful candidate will work closely with regional Ops teams, ensure corporate actions policies and procedures are documented and adhered to, and provide ancillary support of Security Master functions. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of corporate action events and operational processes, knowledge of Equity and Fixed Income, and experience in data management and data platforms.

Requirements

• Corporate actions experience
• Good understanding of corporate action events and operational processes
• Knowledge of Equity and Fixed Income
• Understanding of data management and data platforms
• Basic knowledge of daily reconciliation of cash transactions and balances of previous business day and position reconciliation of Equity and Fixed Income accounts
