Prototype & Design Specialist

Neuralink is creating devices that restore movement, sight, and interaction with digital worlds. The Brain Interfaces Team is responsible for the design, manufacturing, and testing of these devices. This role involves building and maintaining lab environments, implementing new technologies, and ensuring operational efficiency for the engineering and manufacturing teams. The position also includes hands-on lab operations and prototype development.

Requirements

• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Eye for aesthetic design and organization
• Familiarity with R&D lab equipment, tools and workflows
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, model making, fabrication, testing, and lab operations
• Planning and building out labs and R&D workspaces
