Job Description
New Level Works is seeking an Account Executive to help connect and impact organizations through leadership coaching and development using human led services and our new AI platform, Leora AI. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience selling an AI-based product or add-on within the L&D and/or Training space or adjacent.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience selling an AI based product or add-on within the L&D and/or Training space or adjacent.
- Top performer in B2B sales, and a personable yet persuasive seller.
- Motivated by the thrill of the hunt.
- Not afraid to partner with c-level executives and decision makers.
- Trained and experienced within the Challenger Sales Method.
- Ability to keep HubSpot up to date, and use data to drive activity.
- Successful track record of attaining quota.
Benefits
- Base Pay: $125,000 - $150,00 with OTE $250,000+
