Job Description
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team at MLG Capital, a private real estate investment manager. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in data analysis and a strong understanding of data modeling basics and process flows. They will work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver scalable, automated reporting solutions.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst
- Expert Excel skills and strong experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
- Ability to work with messy or incomplete data and improve it through cleansing and transformation
- Understanding of data modeling basics and data process flows
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Process-oriented mindset with passion for increasing efficiency and reducing manual work
- Comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams
