Job Description
Newark Academy is seeking a professional to serve the role of Film Production Teacher. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to expand a developing film program for an active and robust Performing and Visual Arts Department.
Requirements
- Prepare and deliver expert instruction in filmmaking
- Complete IB training and all necessary course requirements for the IB Film class
- Demonstrate care, maintenance and operation of all equipment to students
- Oversee inventory of film equipment, materials and systemizing storage of class projects via drives, and cloud storage
- Creating school events to showcase students' work to the community
- Create video content in collaboration with Marketing and Communications
