Manager, Property

Responsible for managing a property, developing and implementing policies, procedures and programs, and providing excellent service to tenants and owners.

Requirements

• Assist in solidifying positive relationship with owner
• Assist senior management in understanding and working with the client
• Prepare and report information in a timely fashion
• Create and develop upgrades to services
• Develop and implement staffing plans and job descriptions
• Prepare annual operating budget and monthly financial reporting package
• Establish goals and objectives for on-site staff
• Develop resource plan and ensure delivery of project
• Review specifications prepared for service contracts
• Review and approval of payables and receivables
• Weekly visits to sites to review policies and procedures
• Quarterly inspections of all properties contained within the portfolio
• Short- and long-range planning for all properties assigned
• Ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety Act
• Maintain a positive image in performing daily work
