Spring11 - Associate, Asset Management

SPRING11 is an affiliate of Newmark providing commercial real estate services. This Associate role is dedicated to the asset management team, overseeing a multi-billion dollar portfolio of transitional real estate loans.

Requirements

• Provide commercial real estate analysis and debt underwriting
• Support senior asset managers in monitoring loan performance
• Coordinate with third-parties, including servicers, borrowers, lenders, and construction consultants
• Review and approve draw requests for renovation and construction projects
• Monitor performance of transitional/value-add operating properties
• Complete quarterly asset updates and create credit committee presentation memos
• Contribute to the oversight and mentorship of future junior staff members
