Job Description
NewRocket is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to work in collaboration with our Sales teams for the successful advisement of ServiceNow solutions and services. The incumbent leads complex technical solution development in a client-facing environment.
Requirements
- 5+ Years Solution Consulting or Sales Engineering experience in the ServiceNow platform industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead the discovery of customer issues and develop technical solutions to address any customer's business issue
- Strong knowledge and skills within assigned practice majors / minors
- Expert-level knowledge of pre-sales, and complete understanding of the full sales life cycle
- Expert-level knowledge of technical solution development
- Excellent communication skills, in both internal and external capacities
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform required
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
