Principal, Employment Tax

Role Overview

The Principal, Employment Tax, is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing tax services with their Practice area. This role requires a minimum of 10 to 12 years' experience in tax and excellent technical tax consulting skills.

What You Will Do

Develop new tax planning ideas, supervise consulting work, serve as subject matter expert, and assist in the general operation and administration of the Practice. Develop new client relationships, make presentations to prospects and clients, and develop and execute tax consulting projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Economics
• Minimum of 10 to 12 years' experience in tax
• Excellent technical tax consulting skills
• Deep familiarity with tax laws and rules
• Previous track record of excellent service delivery and working in a team environment
