Job Description
Nexi is seeking a Business Development Manager (Debit) to expand their payments solutions into the German market. The role involves selling the PaaS and card issuing solutions to banks and financial institutions, driving sales cycles, and building relationships with market influencers. The position offers an opportunity to be a key force in a strategic, growth-oriented commercial team.
Requirements
- Promote the PaaS solution into the market through face-to-face meetings and campaigns
- Demonstrate a proven understanding of product sales, with experience driving sales cycles
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals
- Build strong relationships with market influencers
- Educate clients on Nexi’s PaaS payment solutions
- Identify and onboard partners to support go-to-market plans
- Collaborate with the PaaS program team
- Work with Product teams on pricing
- Support events for the IS solution business
- Experience with cards-as-a-Service (CaaS) and digital wallet/tokenization platforms
- Experience in a matrixed international environment
