Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Graduate of ACOTA accredited OT program, 2+ years experience (modality cert preferred), and state license. Basic Life Support certification also needed. Flexible communication skills and self-direction are essential
Speech Therapists
MS degree in SLP and CCC-SLP preferred, 2+ years professional experience, State Licensure, & basic life support certification
Physical Therapist
PT license required. 2+ years of professional experience and KY state licensure necessary. Basic Life Support Certification
Occupational Therapists
Bachelor's degree in OT. 2+ years of experience. State licensure and basic life support certification
