Job Description
We are looking for a Channel Manager Partners to connect with our sales partners and help them grow, perform better and work according to our quality and compliance standards. The role involves coaching salespeople, training teams, and improving results directly with partners.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in partner management within Door-2-Door, location sales, or Telesales
- Energetic, practical, and hands-on
- Ability to guide people and make them better
- Good communication skills at any level
- Eye for quality and ability to give feedback
- Driver's license B and willingness to travel within the Netherlands
