Job Description
As a Customer Contact and Debt Collection Worker at NextEnergy, you make a difference every day for our customers and our organization. You'll be the first point of contact for customers with questions about payments, and you'll help customers keep their payments in order, answer questions, and proactively call customers with payment arrears.
Requirements
- MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level
- Experience with customer contact, preferably telephone
- Accurate, solution-oriented, and remain calm under pressure
- Interest in legal or financial topics
- Fluent Dutch and good English
- Available 24 to 40 hours a week
- Live in the Netherlands and can regularly work at our office in Utrecht
