Job Description
The Sr. Specialist II, Systems Administrator is responsible for the strategic and operational management of system platforms, ensuring it effectively supports functional, and cross-functional stakeholders. The role involves platform administration, team leadership, stakeholder collaboration, reporting, analytics, process improvement, and program management.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in platform administration
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring a small technical or operational team
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong understanding of processes, lifecycle management, and modeling
- Proficiency with system platforms, data integrations, and ETL workflows
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project-management skills
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
