Atomgrid - R&D Team Leader (Organic Chemistry)

Atomgrid is looking for an experienced R&D Team Leader - Organic Chemistry to lead process research and development projects in our Agrochemicals business. The role involves managing a team of scientists while remaining hands-on at the bench, driving process innovation, optimization, and scale-up from lab to pilot plant.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry / M.Sc. in Chemistry
• 3–5 years (Post Ph.D.) or 12–15 years (Post M.Sc.) work experience
• Relevant Industry experience in Indian Agrochemical R&D or Process Development roles
