Backend Developer (Node.JS)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Backend Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Node.js, experience with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB, and good knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include end-to-end software engineering aspects, designing and architecting, development, testing, deployment, debugging production issues, and handling production incidents. You will work on building loan products for the un-banked population in India, and own the entire process from design to deployment.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in backend development
• Strong understanding of Node.js
• Experience with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB

• Built RESTful services with a metric-driven API Gateway
• Good understanding of AWS services DynamoDB, ElastiCache, Lambda, Microservices architecture, etc.
• Strong computer science fundamentals
• Excellent academic background
