DevOps Engineering Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team. As the DevOps Lead, you will lead our skilled team of Software engineers and DevOps engineers in developing and maintaining innovative CI/CD tools and infrastructures that significantly improve the efficiency and productivity of functional, performance, and reliability testing.

What You Will Do

Guide your team to deliver value pragmatically and productively while building architecturally sound, well-crafted, secure, testable, interoperable, and easily modifiable systems. Lead a team of Software engineers and DevOps engineers to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions that support our applications and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an DevOps, with a focus on AWS
• Experience with software system design with a solid background in Java backend development
• Exposure into CICD space on how to build, test and deploy the code
• Developmental experience on shared libraries in Jenkins
• Exposure into CI tools: Git, Maven/Gradle/NPM, SonarQube, Docker, nexus, Artifactory
• Experience in Kubernetes: EKS, GKE or kubeadm setup and Experience with large-scale distributed systems is preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other IT teams and stakeholders
