QA Manual Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a QA Manual Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on Manual Testing. The role will involve developing and executing manual test cases, identifying and tracking software defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The QA Manual Engineer will be responsible for manual testing of software applications, including mobile app testing, web application testing, API testing, and performance testing. They will also be responsible for automation testing, utilizing tools like Selenium and Appium.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on Manual Testing
• Proven experience in mobile app testing and API testing
• Proven experience in Performance testing and Load testing using Jmeter/Locust
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Experience in automation testing with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in scripting automated test cases using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies
• Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
