ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our Enterprise Platforms team. In this role you will design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and Security Operations (SecOps) product lines.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations aligned with business requirements. Build and maintain IT product modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, and SecOps.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of overall software development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Proven track record of delivering solutions in at least one of: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps.
• Strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform — Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Now Platform APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, JSON, and XML.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
