
Job description
The Tech Lead - Java Support /Application Support will lead the application support team, handling incident management, escalation procedures, and working with multiple vendors. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, process orientation, and the ability to work with multiple application/infra teams.
The Tech Lead will be responsible for reporting and tracking issues, ageing, and resolution, as well as mentoring junior folks on incident handling. They will also identify patterns of repeat issues and work with teams on resolution, manage and track change control, and participate in the Change Control Board.
The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in Java Support /Application Support, with a strong background in incident management, escalation procedures, and working with multiple vendors. They will be a result-oriented professional with excellent stakeholder management skills and a keen customer-centric approach.
