Job Description
Registered Dietitian position available at NHC HealthCare Murfreesboro, providing guidance to the Dietary Manager and staff to ensure accurate nutritional status assessment and planning.
Requirements
- Clinical nutrition experience in long term care preferred
- At least one year's experience in clinical dietetics is helpful
- Dietetic Internship or similar type training is expected
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good mental and physical condition
- Leadership qualities and ability to secure cooperation of Food and Nutrition Services partners
- Thorough knowledge of dietary management, safety/sanitation, food production, and nutrition principles
