Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate the day-to-day activities of maintenance workers to ensure production equipment and facilities are in good working order. The successful candidate will oversee maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment, and be responsible for building a world-class mechanical and preventative maintenance team.

Requirements

• Oversee maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment
• Schedule and manage preventative maintenance activities
• Hire, train, and coach employees
• Monitor and enforce safety requirements
• Develop and implement measures to improve production methods and equipment performance
