Senior Client Services Project Manager (AI)

NiCE is looking for a Senior Client Services Project Manager to oversee multiple projects and initiatives that support the organization's strategic goals, with experience in AI, project management, and customer-facing environments.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of IT experience
• 4 years of project management experience leading multiple concurrent projects
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid/iterative approaches
• Exposure to supporting technical and AI/GenAI & software delivery projects
• Skilled in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, forecasting timelines, and managing risks, issues, and escalations
