Senior Professional Services Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Professional Services Engineer to engage with customers in a consultative capacity, providing expertise on Nice CXone products and contact centre ecosystem topics. The successful candidate will have significant financial impact on Nice CXone and will be responsible for technical and business tasks, including managing customer expectations and satisfaction, configuring Nice CXone products, and coordinating inter-departmental activities.

• Senior-level technical configuration and programming
