Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in a technical customer service role
- Minimum of three years of experience working with advanced technologies such as SaaS, telecommunications, contact centre software, and networking technologies
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Information Systems, Networking, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent professional, written, and verbal communications skills
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Proven ability to utilize, create, and update knowledgebase resources
- Ability to communicate effectively across company teams and drive escalated customer problems to resolution
- Understanding of the contact centre business and general market trends
