Job Description
Nichols Contracting, a construction and contracting business in various states, is seeking a Project Engineer to support the delivery of construction projects. This role involves overseeing scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and general project administration. The ideal candidate will be flexible for travel within the DMV area and provide consistent execution of projects.
Requirements
- Assist in the development of the project plan.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager(s) in purchasing activities.
- Prepare and forward submittals.
- Monitor and expedite material deliveries.
- Computer proficient, including Microsoft Office products.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player and reliable.
