研发工程师（机械）

Responsible for executing mechanical structure design tasks, participating in design review, and supporting project development. Assist in tracking project progress and resolving issues during trial production and mass production. Execute engineer-defined reliability testing and performance testing schemes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in structure design.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical design principles, familiar with common engineering materials properties and applications.
• Familiar with common manufacturing processes (injection molding, metal forming, stamping, machining, etc.).
• Proficient in Creo (Pro/E), pass the Creo or related software practical operation test, and have a good understanding and application of mainstream CAE tools (ANSYS Mechanical, Creo Simulate, etc.) for structural analysis.
• Responsible and proactive: work seriously and responsibly, complete assigned design tasks on time, and actively learn and improve.
• Teamwork: actively integrate into the team, enjoy sharing and learning.
• Basic English reading and writing skills, able to understand English technical documents and emails, no strict requirement for spoken English, but having simple communication skills is preferred.
