Job Description
Nitra is seeking a Product Launch Manager for Nitra Health & Wellness (NHW), a new subsidiary focused on launching medical-grade skincare and wellness products. This role will lead go-to-market strategy and execution, managing product research, sourcing, branding, pilot launch, early sales ops, fulfillment, and team growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in private label product launches, beauty/aesthetic retail, or medical-grade skincare, and will shape and scale this business from day one.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in product launches, brand management, or operations
- Experience with product sourcing, private label formulation, and vendor/CMO relationships
- Commercial fluency
- A zero-to-one mindset
- Experience working directly with customers or clinics
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
