Laboratory Assistant

The Lab Assistant is responsible for maintaining and operating computer/IT labs, including handling computer-related applications and providing troubleshooting support. The role involves ensuring the laboratory's cleanliness and security, and assisting instructors with classroom activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Technology (relevant branch)
• First Class or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in relevant field or similar capacity
• Experience with troubleshooting computer applications
• Knowledge of IT support services
• Experience handling lab activities
