Job description
Manage software development teams, lead project planning and execution, and build relationships with clients. Work remotely with a focus on projects in the US Federal Government sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster a positive team environment.
Define project scope, develop project plans, monitor progress, and implement mitigation strategies. Lead software development teams, manage client expectations, and provide technical guidance. Prioritize tasks, maintain project documentation, and ensure timely and successful project completion.
7+ years of experience in project management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of software development processes. Certified Scrum Master and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or a related field and experience delivering projects for US Federal Government clients.
