The Administrative Monitor is responsible for supervising monitoring staff and performing administrative duties to assist in the overall running of the facility.
Requirements
- Maintain a daily review of accountability procedures and documentation
- Supervise and review all Resident Monitor accomplished duties
- Report any unusual circumstances, concerns, or changes in Resident Monitor work habits to the Director
- Submit all assigned reports and records in a timely manner
- Maintain security and offender accountability within the facility
- Supervise urine surveillance documentation and procedures
- Responsible for completion and distribution of the monthly urine report
- Responsible for the training of all new and current Resident Monitors
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with organizations, groups, individuals, and other community sources
- Oversee orientation of new offenders in accordance with policy and procedures
- Supervise and facilitate the maintenance, up-keep and general appearance of the center, perimeter, and equipment
- Maintain an inventory of center supplies
- Assure offender accountability by proper sign in/out procedures
- Responsible for auditing meal sign up sheets, and ordering and delivery (to residents) of meals
- Ensure all meals meet dietary requirements and temperatures as outlined in approved menus and Department of Health guidelines
