Nonviolent Peaceforce is a humanitarian organization that implements the peace process between the Moro Islamic Liberation Front and the Philippine government. The Program Officer Consultant will support the effective and timely implementation of program activities, assist with planning and coordination of field activities, and ensure compliance with organizational procedures and donor requirements.
Requirements
- Conduct implementation of program activities in line with work plans and donor requirements
- Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, workshops, and field activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation of program activities (attendance lists, reports, minutes, photos).
- Identify potential risks and challenges in program delivery, and propose practical mitigation measures.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with local government agencies, community leaders, CSOs, and other stakeholders to ensure relevance and sustainability of program activities.
- Facilitate regular coordination meetings, ensuring alignment of field activities with program objectives.
- Coordinate with MEL, Finance, and other program units to ensure integrated and compliant program delivery.
- Coordinate and report to the Program Coordinator to ensure implementation of program activities in line with donor requirements
- Provide inputs for case studies, lessons learned, and success stories that reflect program achievements.
- Collect and compile data from field activities for activity report purposes.
- Support the preparation of activity reports and contribute to donor reporting requirements.
- Assist in developing knowledge products, including case studies, lessons learned, and success stories that reflect program outcomes and impact.
