BoP Civil Site Supervisor (m/f/d)

We are looking for a BoP Civil Site Supervisor to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the progress of subcontractors, ensuring timely project completion, and enforcing safety regulations and building codes. A degree in civil engineering or a related field is required, as well as experience in civil construction and supervisory roles.

Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Experience in civil construction, ideally in wind energy projects and in supervisory roles
• Solid understanding of quality control procedures and local as well as international regulations
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and conduct audits in construction environments
• Fluency in German and English (minimum B2–C1), both written and spoken
• Proficiency in project-related documentation and stakeholder interaction
• A valid driver’s license recognized in Germany is required for this position
• Working at Heights certification (issued within the last 12 months)
• First Aid training
• Fire Awareness training
• Confined Spaces training (due to work in the foundation pit)
