Automation Developer

Role Overview

The UIPath automation developer supports design, build, testing and troubleshooting for intelligent process automations for Nordic Clients. This position works under the direction of senior automation and machine learning staff to address documented client needs while actively seeking opportunities to make the business processes more effective through process automations.

What You Will Do

Manage assigned tasks related to design, build and testing of automations, fulfill automation requests from clients, work with teams to develop detailed requirement specifications, and participate in platform upgrades and testing.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience in building and deploying automations, certification or experience with building automations on UIPath, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years’ experience in building and deploying automations
• Certification or experience with building automations on UIPath
• UIPath RPA associate or advanced RPA developer certification
• Experience working in Healthcare provider eco-system
• Demonstrated ability to seek out, analyze, and solve novel problems
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Experience working in an Agile model
