Role Overview

We are currently looking for an Investment Community Strategist to shape the voice and presence of Nordnet on the German market through social media and community engagement.

Lead Social Execution, Community Engagement, Content Creation, Savings Advocacy, Customer Feedback Loop, Collaborative Growth, Performance Tracking

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or content creation, ideally within the fintech or financial services industry
• Trading Experience: A deep understanding of the stock market, including knowledge of complex products (ETFs, stocks, derivatives)
• Channel Mastery: A strong sense of algorithms and how high-performing content should look on each platform
• AI & Innovation: Experience in using AI tools to optimize research, idea generation, and workflow efficiency
• Language Skills: Fluent German and conversational English for cross-border collaboration
• Mindset: A structured, proactive, and self-managed work style with excellent networking skills
