Job Description
Norfolk County Council is seeking a Newly Qualified Social Worker (NQSW) Level 1 (NIPE) to join their team. This role offers a supportive start in a regulated environment, with enhanced levels of support and training, and the potential for progression to a Senior Position. The program focuses on supporting newly qualified social workers in Norfolk, delivering high-quality services to children and young people. Norfolk is rated Good for both Ofsted and county services. This position is for a full-time position.
Requirements
- Completed or in progress of ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment)
- Eligibility to be registered with Social Work England
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a statutory social work role
- UK driving licence and vehicle
