Non Financial Risk Manager

Norinchukin Bank Europe is looking for a Medior Non-Financial Risk Manager to contribute to the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Bank’s non-financial risk management framework. The role involves working closely with the Head of Risk and senior stakeholders across the organisation, combining policy development, risk assessment, and monitoring with advisory and reporting responsibilities.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in risk management within banking or financial services
• Good knowledge of banking regulation and supervisory expectations related to non-financial risk
• Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset
• The ability to engage, challenge, and advise stakeholders at different seniority levels
• Collaborative mindset and a passion for building and improving processes from the ground up
