Job description
As a DevOps Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable infrastructure and automation across our cloud-native platforms. You’ll drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure reliability, and security posture, collaborating closely with engineering, security, and compliance teams to embed security into every stage of the development lifecycle.
Lead design and implementation of secure, scalable infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes and CloudFormation/CDK, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other automation tools, champion DevSecOps culture by embedding security into development workflows, manage multiple AWS environments for cost optimization and performance, develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems, collaborate with product, development, and security teams to align infrastructure and security priorities, drive incident response, postmortems, and follow-up actions, mentor junior engineers and contribute to hiring and onboarding processes, document systems, processes, and decisions to support knowledge sharing.
We’re looking for a self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable individual with strong proficiency in AWS CloudFormation, CDK, and GitHub Actions, experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Policy as Code, proven ability to design and integrate security into CI/CD pipelines, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
