Full Stack Engineer (Java, React)

Role Overview

We are searching for a Full Stack Engineer to join an 18-month project developing a rewards system that encourages local shopping. The role involves developing, maintaining, and evolving the platform across all layers, including mobile apps, web frontend, backend services, and partner portals.

What You Will Do

Develop, maintain, and evolve the platform, design and implement new features, ensure performance, scalability, and security of backend systems and database queries, and collaborate closely with teammates.

Requirements

• Degree or comparable qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 3 + years of professional full stack development experience (back-end emphasis)
• Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native, PostgreSQL, and SQL
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and basic DevOps principles
• Excellent English communication skills
• Team player with analytical thinking and proactive mindset
