Job Description
North Risk Partners is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Processor to support the Commercial Lines service team. This role involves processing client tasks, assisting with account management, and preparing for the Account Management track. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, independent, and passionate about supporting clients and their growth.
Requirements
- Monitor and process tasks in the North Risk Commercial Lines Buddy List.
- Assist account management team by delivering quick and accurate responses to service requests.
- Receive, process, and manage incoming requests delegated by account managers, risk advisors, and insureds.
- Follow all federal and state regulations, and best practices for avoiding errors and omissions.
- Perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as requested by management.
